深圳市某超高层建筑基坑支护桩偏移处理技术研究

摘要 基坑支护的方式多种多样,其中混凝土排桩支护是最常见的形式之一。然而,若施工班组对钻孔技术不熟练、操作不当,加上设计不规范、土层复杂等因素,支护桩很可能偏离预定的设计位置。这不仅降低支护效果,反而可能成为新隐患,应及时有效地避免。针对深圳市南山区某基坑工程施工中出现的支护桩偏位情形,提出处理偏位桩的基本原则和具体措施。旨在规避深基坑开挖施工时的潜在安全风险和解决地下空间的正常使用受阻的问题,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。 There are various ways to retain and protect the excavation,among which applying concrete piles is one of the most common forms.However,if the construction corps are not proficient in drilling,either operating improperly,combined with the factors such as non-standard design and complexity of soil layers,the retaining piles are likely to deviate from the predetermined position.This not only reduces the retaining effectiveness,but may also become a new hidden danger,which should be promptly and effectively avoided.This research proposes basic principles and specific measures for handling the displacement of support piles during the construction process of a foundation pit excavation in Nanshan District,Shenzhen.The aim is to avoid potential safety risks during deep foundation pit excavation and solve the problem of obstructed normal use of underground space,which has reference significance for similar projects.
