Spillover Effect and Solutions of High Level Sports Team University Enrollment Policy under New Productive Forces

新质生产力建设对于推动高校竞技体育高质量发展具有重要意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,基于新质生产力视角,研究招生新政实施对高校竞技体育影响的溢出效应及风险点。研究认为:政策可能产生“羊群效应”“悬崖效应”“半途效应”和“连锁效应”等溢出效应。根据新质生产力的发展要求和高质量发展目标,提出理念上与新质生产力契合,行动上对标新质生产力发展要求,培养模式方面进行创新,机制体制上落实新质生产力的纾解策略和改革思路。

The construction of new productive forces is of great significance to the development of competitive sports in colleges and universities.This paper studied the spillover effect and risks of the new enrollment policy on college competitive sports.It was held that the policy might produce spillover effects such as “herding effect”,“cliff effect”,“half way effect” and “chain effect”.According to the development requirements of the new productive forces,it was necessary to match the ideas of the new productive forces to take action to meet requirements,to innovate the education mode,and to implement the new mechanism and system.
