链霉菌次生代谢及产孢调控机制的研究进展

摘要 链霉菌(Streptomyces)是广泛存在于自然界中的一类微生物,以其产生大量具有多种生物活性的天然产物而著称,其中以产抗生素的能力尤为突出.探究链霉菌产孢调控机制对链霉菌的应用具有重要意义.在链霉菌的造孢细胞分裂形成孢子过程中,菌丝的形态分化与细胞周期密切相关.在这个过程中,链霉菌的细胞骨架和细胞壁重新组装,细胞分裂和染色体在孢子形成过程中重组.主要综述了链霉菌繁殖过程及关键产孢调控基因,包括Z环的组装,气生菌丝以及营养菌丝隔膜的形成,链霉菌前孢子室的染色体分离以及孢子隔膜的形成过程,并探讨了调控相关的基因和蛋白,以期为其在相关领域的应用提供理论参考. Streptomyces,widely distributed in nature,are known for their prolific production of various biologically active natural products,particularly antibiotics.Investigating the regulatory mechanisms of sporulation in Streptomyces is of significant importance for this applications.During the process of sporulation in Streptomyces,the morphological differentiation of hyphae is closely associated with the cell cycle.In this process,the cell skeleton and cell wall of Streptomyces are reorganized,and cell division and chromosome recombination occur during spore formation.Provides a comprehensive review of the reproductive process of Streptomyces and the key regulatory genes involved in sporulation.The includes the assembly of Z-rings,the formation of aerial hyphae and substrate mycelium,chromosome segregation in the pre-spore compartment of Streptomyces,and the formation of spore septa,while discussing the associated regulatory genes and proteins,to provide theoretical references for its applications in related fields.
