气体除尘技术研究进展

摘要 随着我国环保法规的日益严格,气体除尘技术得到了快速发展。重点介绍了几种具有发展前景的干式和湿式除尘方法,对比了不同类型除尘器的工作机制、影响因素及各除尘技术的优势与局限,并探讨了组合除尘技术的研究与应用情况,最后对气体除尘技术未来发展方向进行了展望。旋风除尘技术已经在众多工业场合被广泛应用,未来突破的重点是提高旋风分离器除尘效率、降低运行压降;静电除尘技术成熟,但占地面积较大,设备小型化是未来方向发展,且设备稳定性需进一步提高;湿法除尘技术除尘效率较高,但洗涤水利用率低、热能损失大,存在二次污染问题,未来发展应更加注重节能环保;单一除尘技术已不能满足现代工业生产的需求,开发高效率和经济性的组合除尘技术是气体除尘技术的未来发展趋势。 With the increasingly strict environmental regulations in China,gas dust removal technology has developed rapidly.Several promising dry and wet dust removal methods were emphatically introduced.The working mechanisms,influencing factors,advantages and limitations of different types of dust collectors were compared.And the research and application of combined dust removal technology were explored.Finally,the future development direction of gas dust removal technology was discussed.The cyclone dust removal technology has been widely applied in many industrial occasions,and the future breakthrough should be focused on increasing the dust removal efficiency of the cyclone separator and reducing the operating pressure drop.The electrostatic dust removal technology is mature,but occupies a large area.The future direction of development will be the miniaturization of equipments,and the stability of equipments needs to be further improved.The wet dust removal technology has a high dust removal efficiency,but with a low utilization rate of washing water and the great heat energy loss,and there is a problem of secondary pollution,and the energy conservation and environmental protection should be paid more attention in the future.The single dust removal technology can no longer meet the needs of modern industrial production,and the future development trend of gas dust removal technology will be focused on the development of efficient and economical combination dust removal technology.
