医学生数据素养教育模型的构建

Construction of data literacy education system for medical students under the new medical background

摘要 以新医科统领医学教育创新,培养高层次复合型医学人才要求加强医学生数据素养教育的广度和深度。基于33篇医学生数据素养研究高水平论文,运用扎根理论进行质性分析,经过开放式编码、轴心式编码、选择式编码,得到教育要素、教育结构、学习经历与医学学科4个构成医学生数据素养教育体系的关键面,建构基于现阶段教育要素和教育结构的医学生数据素养差异化模块调用模型。面向新医科建设,现阶段医学生数据素养培养模型可通过建立生物医学“数据仓储池”、建立医学生个人数据素养培养测度表、融合多个数据素养教育角色,增强医学生未来临床科研数据实践能力。 It is necessary to strengthen the breadth and depth of data literacy education for medical students to train high level compound medical talents with new medical education innovation.Based on 30 high-level papers on data literacy research of medical students,the grounded theory was used to conduct qualitative analysis.Through open coding,axial coding and selective coding,four key aspects of data literacy education system of medical students were obtained,including educational elements,educational structure,time sequence and medical specialty.The data literacy differentiation module invocation model of medical students based on educational elements and educational structure is constructed.In line with the development of New Medical Education,the current model for cultivating medical students'data literacy can be enhanced by establishing a biomedical"data repository,"creating an individualized data literacy development measurement scale for medical students,and integrating multiple roles in data literacy education to strengthen their future clinical research and data application skills.
