摘要
目的本文以外科手术学基础的结扎术为例,探讨“互联网+”翻转课堂教学模式在外科手术学中的可行性与效果。方法以我校2019级临床医学本科学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统教学组,46人)和观察组(“互联网+”翻转课堂组,48人),采用自制教学质量调查问卷对教学效果进行评估。结果观察组学生在30s内单手打方结的个数和打结规范性方面明显高于对照组(t=2.432,P<0.05;t=3.043,P<0.05)。观察组满意度(95.8%)高于对照组(89.1%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.969,P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”翻转课堂模式有助于提高教学效果,值得在外科手术学中推广应用。
Objective To explore feasibility and effect of the"Internet+"based flipped classroom in the basic operative surgery teaching of ligation.Methods Clinical undergraduates from Grade 2019 of our school were taken as participants,randomly divided into two groups.The control group(46)adopted the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group(48)adopted the"Internet+"based flipped classroom teaching method.A questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction with this teaching mode.Results The number of single hand square knotstied by the observation group students within 30 seconds and the standardization of knowing were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.432,P<0.05;t=3.043,P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(95.8%)was higher than that of the control group(89.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.969,P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+"based flipped classroom method significantly improved the quality of classroom teaching.It is worthy of promotion in basic operative surgery teaching.
