三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁矿石中TFe含量原理及注意事项

摘要 三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁矿石中TFe含量因操作方法简便、价廉、结果准确等特点,深受冶金行业实验室的推崇。但是该方法也存在着诸多不稳定因素,不同检测人员对于检测细节操控的差异,可能得到的数据差异比较大。针对这种情况,本文通过实践经验总结出了三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法测定铁矿石中TFe含量的原理、关键控制点及相应的应对措施,对冶金行业实验室铁矿石中TFe含量分析有借鉴意义。 The determination of TFe content in iron ore by titanium trichloride reduction potassium dichromate titration method is highly praised by metallurgical industry laboratories due to its simple operation,low cost,and accurate results.However,this method also has many unstable factors,and the differences in the manipulation of detection details by different detection personnel may result in significant differences in the data obtained.In response to this situation,this article summarizes the principle,key control points,and corresponding countermeasures of using titanium trichloride reduction potassium dichromate titration method to determine TFe content in iron ore through practical experience,which has reference significance for the analysis of TFe content in iron ore in metallurgical industry laboratories.
