激光熔覆625合金膜层分析及其对碳钢管性能的影响

摘要 对625合金激光熔覆层的金相组织、显微硬度及对力学性能和抗硫化物应力腐蚀性能的影响进行研究。熔覆层由柱状晶和少量树枝晶组成。内壁熔覆0.5 mm镍基625合金后,使N80Q钢级钢管的屈服强度增加47 MPa,横向冲击性能降低10 J。熔覆层中部硬度304HV0.5,熔合线两侧硬度分别为340HV0.5和327HV0.5,熔覆层近表面硬度351HV0.5。激光熔覆625镍基合金能够显著提高中碳铬钼钢套管抗硫化氢应力腐蚀试验性能。 In this paper,analysis the metallographic structure,micro-hardness,bonding strength with the substrate,and the influence on mechanical properties and sulfide stress corrosion resistance of 625 alloy laser.The cladding layer consists of columnar crystal and a few dendritic crystal.After the inner wall is coated with 0.5 mm nickel based 625 alloy,the yield strength of N80Q steel pipe is increased by 47 MPa,and the transverse impact performance is reduced by 10 J.The hardness of the middle cladding layer is 304HV0.5,the hardness on both sides of the cladding layer is 340HV0.5 and 327HV0.5,near surface hardness of the cladding layer is 351HV0.5.Laser cladding of 625 nickel based alloy can significantly improve the resistance of medium carbon chromium molybdenum steel casing to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion test.
