新质生产力背景下湖南省农业农村现代化的困境与对策分析

The Dilemma and Countermeasure Analysis of Agricultural and Rural Modernization in Hunan Province under the Background of New Quality Productivity

新质生产力与农业农村现代化之间存在着紧密的内在联系。本文在剖析湖南省农业农村发展现状的基础上,进一步分析了新质生产力背景下湖南省农业农村发展存在基础薄弱、农业特色产业不强、后继乏人以及治理不足的问题,并从升级资金技术投入、创新经营特色产业、联合培养人才以及多主体农业农村治理等方面提出了对策,以期推动湖南省农业新质生产力发展,实现高水平的农业农村现代化。

There is a close internal relationship between new quality productivity and agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural and rural development in Hunan Province,the paper further analyzed the problems of weak foundation,weak agricultural characteristic industries,lack of successors and insufficient governance in the context of new quality productivity,and put forward countermeasures from upgrading capital and technology investment,innovative management of characteristic industries,joint training of talents and multisubject agricultural and rural governance.In order to promote the development of agricultural new quality productivity in Hunan Province,to achieve a high level of agricultural and rural modernization.
