一起典型软启动水泵电机缺相故障分析

摘要 缺相长期运行会导致电机烧损,影响企业的正常生产。电机运行过程中出现的发热、振动、运行电流升高、工艺参数变化等现象,均有可能是电机缺相引发的。造成电机缺相的主要原因是软启动器参数设定不合理或项目设计不严谨。通过对现场一起电机发热故障的分析,发现该型号早期的软启动器存在设计缺陷,无B相缺相保护,因此需要增加二次控制保护回路来完善电机的缺相保护功能,保障生产的安全稳定运行。 Prolonged operation under open-phase fault will lead to motor burnout and affect the normal production of the enterprise.The phenomena such as heating,vibration,in⁃creased operating current,and changes in process parameters that occur during the operation of the motor may be triggered by open-phase fault of the motor.The main reason for the open-phase fault is the irrationality parameter settings of the soft starter or the lack of rigor in the project design.By analyzing a motor heating fault on site,it was found that the early soft starter of this model has design defects that there is no open-phase protection for B-phase,so it is necessary to increase the secondary control protection circuit to improve the motor's open-phase protection function,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of production.
