摘要
在综合分析传统正压式呼吸器构成及工作原理的基础上,针对特殊作业环境下传统呼吸器无法更换的问题,提出了一种通过C式自锁快接接头组与传统空气呼吸器组合的方法,实现了在线更换呼吸器,并通过实际操作来验证这一方法的可行性。实践证明该方法在特殊作业环境下,可延长作业人员、救援人员的工作时长,提高作业的安全系数。
On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the composition and working prin⁃ciple of traditional positive-pressure respirator,for the problem that the traditional respirator cannot be replaced under the special operating environment,a method of online replacement of respirator is proposed by combining the C type self-locking quick connector sets with the traditional air respirator,and the feasibility of this method is verified through actual op⁃eration.Practice has proved that this method can extend the working hours of operators and rescuers and improve the safety coefficient of operation under special operating environment.
