摘要
螺旋飘带在线清洗技术可实现对凝汽器的不停机清洗。该系统安装简单,运行维护方便,能实现自动运行,清洗效果较好。钢铁行业目前已有少部分发电机组采用该系统,运行过程中也暴露出一些问题。本文介绍了该技术的原理及优缺点,着重分析该技术在实际应用过程中存在的问题,探讨其适用范围。
The spiral ribbon online cleaning technology can realize the condenser cleaning without stopping the machine.The system is simple to install,easy to operate and maintain,and can realize automatic operation and better cleaning effect.This system has been adopted by a small num⁃ber of generating units in the iron and steel industry,and some problems have been exposed during the operation.This paper introduces the principle,advantages and disadvantages of this technology,focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the process of practical application of this technology,and discusses its scope of application.
