摘要
某电厂60 MW汽轮机自建设投产以来,随着汽轮机前轴封漏汽量的不断增大,轴封供汽系统长期面临超温超压运行的风险。针对该问题,从轴封供汽系统运行现状、材料组成及汽轮机启停特点等方面进行分析并采取相应改进措施,在改善机组漏真空问题方面取得了显著效果。
Since the 60 MW turbine of a power plant was put into operation,with the increas⁃ing amount of steam leakage from the turbine front shaft seal,the shaft seal steam supply system has been facing the risk of over-temperature and over-pressure operation for a long time.Aiming at this problem,the operation status of the shaft seal steam supply system,material composition and tur⁃bine start-stop characteristics were analyzed,corresponding improvement measures were taken,and significant results were achieved in improving the vacuum leakage problem of the unit.
