350 MW汽轮发电机推力轴承温度测点布线方式优化

摘要 推力轴承瓦块温度的监视是推力轴承运行状态的一个重要参数,推力瓦块温度如果超过设计温度,将导致浇筑在母体上的巴氏合金(简称乌金)磨损烧坏,使转子发生不允许的轴向位移,使汽轮机通流部分发生碰撞、磨损而造成事故,因此对推力瓦温度进行长周期稳定测量、监视是十分必要的。甘肃某热电厂推力瓦温度传输导线破损,造成温度无法正常监视,对推力轴承温度布线方式进行优化,在不对原有设备进行改动的情况下,解决了推力轴承瓦块温度不能长期有效测量的难题,不仅提高了设备运行的安全性,而且缩短了设备检修周期,降低了设备维修成本,可为同类型汽轮发电机组推力轴承出现线束破损的情况提供参考。 The monitoring of thrust bearing tile temperature is an important parameter of thrust bearing operation status,if the temperature of thrust tile exceeds the design temperature,it will lead to the wear and burn out of the pasteurized alloy poured on the mother body,so that the rotor will have an impermissible axial displacement and the turbine through-flow part will have a collision,wear and tear,which could result in accidents.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out a long pe⁃riod of stable measurement and monitoring of the temperature of the thrust tile.In a thermal power plant in Gansu,the thrust tile temperature transmission wire is broken,resulting in the temperature cannot be monitored normally.By optimizing the thrust bearing temperature wiring,the problem that the thrust bearing tile temperature cannot be measured effectively for a long period of time can be solved without any changes to the original equipment,which not only improves the safety of the equipment operation,but also shortens the maintenance cycle and reduces the cost of the equip⁃ment,and provides a reference for the situation of broken wiring harness in thrust bearings of tur⁃bine generator sets of the same type.It can be used as a reference for thrust bearing of the same type of steam turbine generator sets in case of broken harness.
