在钢铁行业中,质量控制是确保产品性能和市场竞争力的关键。实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)作为一种先进的实验室管理工具,对于提高样品管理、流程控制和数据分析的效率具有重要作用。针对钢铁行业的特定需求,探讨了LIMS在智能化实验室的开发与应用,分析了其在样品流程控制和仪器数据采集后处理与分析中的实际效果,并提出了未来的发展方向。
In the iron and steel industry,quality control is the key to ensure product perfor⁃mance and market competitiveness.Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS),as an ad⁃vanced laboratory management tool,plays an important role in improving the efficiency of sample management,process control and data analysis.This paper discusses the development and applica⁃tion of LIMS in the intelligent laboratory for the specific needs of the iron and steel industry,ana⁃lyzes its practical effects in sample flow control and instrumental data acquisition post-processing and analysis,and proposes the future development direction.
