摘要
针对风力发电机组齿轮箱断齿问题,采用体式显微镜、火花放电直读光谱仪、扫描电镜、能谱仪、金相显微镜等方法对齿轮断齿原因进行了分析。宏观检测结果表明断裂发生于齿轮内部,断裂形式有明显的宏观疲劳特征。微观下观察断口断裂源及扩展区存在疲劳条带,结合宏观形貌特征能确定为疲劳开裂,同时断裂源区较为粗糙,明显区别于基体区域,能谱检验结果表明断裂源区存在非金属夹杂物。最终结果表明:齿轮断齿是由于齿轮内部存在非金属夹杂物造成的疲劳断裂。
To address the problem of gearbox tooth breakage in wind turbine,the causes of gearbox tooth breakage were analyzed by using body microscope,spark discharge direct reading spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrometer,metallurgical microscope and other methods.Macroscopic test results show that the fracture occurred inside the gear,and the frac⁃ture form has obvious macro fatigue characteristics.Microscopic observation of the fracture source and extension of the fracture zone showed fatigue bands,combined with that the macro-morphological characteristics can be identified as fatigue cracking,and the fracture source area is relatively rough which was apparently different from the matrix area,the results of the energy spec⁃trum test shows that there are non-metallic inclusions in the fracture source area.The final results showed that the gearbox tooth breakage was due to fatigue fracture caused by the presence of non-metallic inclusions inside the gear.
