综合物性测量系统数据记录程序对磁测量影响的研究

摘要 综合物性测量系统配套的MultiVu测试软件自带一款数据记录程序“Data Logger”,能在后台记录设备的工作参数.可以与磁测量工作同时进行,有助于测试人员掌握设备工作状态,确保测试准确,方便统计机时.但试验发现,程序在工作过程中会因记录数据量增多和采样间隔减小等原因,占用过多的硬件资源,甚至会导致磁测量的数据丢点和曲线波动.对照技术文档进行分析,产生影响的不是计算机原因,而是综合物性测试系统的Model 6000控制模块的处理能力存在瓶颈.因此,在使用数据记录程序时,需要合理选择记录数据量和采样间隔等参数,保证测试结果的数据质量. The data logging program named Data Logger is included with the MultiVu test software of the physical property measurement system,and it can record the working parameters of the device in background.Data Logger can be carried out simultaneously with magnetic measurement work,which helps testers to understand the working state of the equipment,ensure the accuracy of the measurement,and easy to calculate the test duration.However,it was found that the program will occupy too much hardware resources due to the increase of recording data amount and the decrease of sampling interval,even can cause data points loss and curves fluctuation in magnetic measurement.According to the analysis of technical documents,the cause of the impact was not the computer,but the processing power limit of the Model 6000 control module in physical property measurement system.Therefore,when using the Data Logger,it is necessary to choose reasonable parameters of recording data amount and sampling interval to ensure the data quality of test results.
