论中国特有的教育家精神:核心要义、理论逻辑与实践要求

摘要 习近平总书记提出的中国特有的教育家精神微言大义、内涵丰富,是广大教师和教育工作者在长期扎根中国大地实践中积累的宝贵精神财富,集中反映了中国教育家群体的价值追求、职业精神、集体人格和时代风貌。中国特有的教育家精神集“爱国家、爱自己、爱教育、爱学习、爱学生和爱世界”六维于一体,具有因“爱”而生的独特精神意蕴和内在逻辑关系,是中华优秀传统文化精华和马克思主义思想精髓的具体展现。新时代要大力弘扬教育家精神,需全面推进学习宣传研究工作,大力营造良好的尊师生态,建立健全弘扬践行长效机制。 The unique educators'spirit of China,put forward by General Secretary of the CPC Xi Jinping for the first time,with its profound meaning and rich connotations,is a precious spiritual wealth accumulated by teachers and educators through long-term practice rooted in the land of China.It reflects the value pursuit,professional spirit,collective personality,and era style of the Chinese educator community.The unique educators'spirit of China integrates six dimensions of"love the country,love yourself,love education,love learning,love students and love the world"It has the unique spiritual connotation and internal logical relationship born of"love",and is a concrete manifestation of the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the essence of Marxist thought.In the new era,we must vigorously promote the spirit of educators,comprehensively promote learning,publicity,and research work,vigorously create a good environment of respecting teachers,and establish a sound long-term mechanism for promoting and practicing.
