Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of children with Sjogren’s syndrome B(SSB)antibody positive in secondary Sjogren’s syndrome of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods The clinical data of 65 children with secondary Sjogren’s syndrome with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to this hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a positive group(34 cases)and a negative group(31 cases)according to the results of anti-SSB antibodies, and the clinical characteristics of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The observation group was prone to recurrent parotid gland enlargement, rheumatoid factor(RF)positive and anti-RO52 antibody positive. The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When recurrent parotid gland enlargement,RF positive and high level of IgG occur in children with systemic lupus erythematosus,anti-SSB antibody should be monitored as soon as possible.Children with SSB antibody positive in Sjogren’s syndrome secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus should strengthen regular follow-up and be alert to the occurrence of malignant tumors.
