“一站式”学生社区综合管理改革是我国高校思想政治教育守正创新和高等教育创新发展的一种战略性选择。以“一站式”学生社区为“核”,以思想引领、党员领航、志愿聚力、载体创新、责任夯实为“环”,构建一“核”五“环”育人阵地,形成长效化、可持续的宿舍育人模式,是拓展“三全育人”工作覆盖面的有益探索。高校应积极探索一“核”五“环”宿舍育人模式,让党旗在学生公寓高高飘扬,把学生宿舍打造成“三全育人”主阵地,以高质量党建引领推动立德树人根本任务的有效落实。

The comprehensive management reform of"one-stop"student communities is a strategic choice for the innovation and development of ideological and political education in Chinese universities.Taking the"one-stop"student community as the"core",with ideological guidance,party member leadership,volunteer cohesion,genre innovation,and responsibility consolidation as the"environment",constructing a"core"and"five"environment"education platform,forming a growth and sustainable dormitory education model,is a beneficial exploration to expand the coverage of"three complete education"work.Universities should actively explore the"one core"and five"environment"dormitory education model,let the party flag fly high in student dormitories,and build student dormitories into the main battlefield of"three complete education",with high-quality party building leading to promote the effective implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.
