基于幸福教育的中职院校班级管理策略探究——以汽车检测与维修技术专业“行远”班为例

Exploration of Class Management Strategies in Secondary Vocational Colleges Based on Happiness Education——Taking the"Xingyuan"Class of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Technology as an Example

中等职业学校在向学生传授知识、技能的同时,要积极提升学生的思想道德修养,使其实现全面发展。美国教育学家内尔·诺丁斯对幸福与教育之间的关系进行了深入探讨,其幸福教育观对于促进职业院校班级建设、推动学生全面发展、落实立德树人根本任务具有借鉴意义。文章以汽车检测与维修技术专业“行远”班为例,将诺丁斯幸福教育观与中职班主任的五项职责进行融合,积极探究基于幸福教育的中职院校班级管理策略,以此为中职班主任提供相应借鉴。

While imparting knowledge and skills to students,secondary vocational schools should actively enhance their ideological and moral cultivation to achieve comprehensive development.American educator Neil Noddings conducted an in-depth exploration of the relationship between happiness and education,and his concept of happiness education has reference significance for promoting class construction in vocational colleges,promoting comprehensive student development,and implementing the fundamental task of moral education.The article takes the"Xingyuan"class in the automotive inspection and maintenance technology major as an example,integrating Noddings'concept of happiness education with the five responsibilities of vocational school class teachers,actively exploring class management strategies based on happiness education,and providing corresponding reference for secondary vocational school class teachers.
