“岗课赛证”是将工作岗位需求、课程教学内容、职业技能竞赛、职业资格证书有机融合的新型职业人才培养模式。在水利类专业课程教学中,高职院校可基于“岗课赛证”融合理念,开展以“赛”为核心的项目化教学,构建与岗位技能相结合的实训体系,实现课程与证书的有效对接,同时加强产教融合,建立校企合作平台,创新评价机制,积极提升学生的专业技能,以满足行业对人才的高标准要求。
