摘要
分层异步施教作为一种新型的教学模式,能够满足各层次学生的学习需求,促进学生个性化发展,在数学课堂中已经有较为广泛的应用,且获得广大师生的一致好评,可以有效提升教学效率与教学质量。在分层异步施教过程中,教师要制订个性化的学习计划,激发学生的学习兴趣;运用针对性的教学资源,增强学生的学习动力;开展小组合作学习,培养学生的合作能力;组织差异化的教学活动,提高学生的学习能力;采用多元化的评价方式,提高学生的学习效果。
Layered asynchronous teaching,as a new teaching model,can meet the learning needs of students at all levels,promote personalized development of students,and has been widely used in mathematics classrooms,receiving unanimous praise from teachers and students.It can effectively improve teaching efficiency and quality.In the process of implementing layered asynchronous teaching,teachers should develop personalized learning plans to stimulate students'interest in learning;using targeted teaching resources to enhance students'learning motivation;carry out group cooperative learning to cultivate students'collaborative abilities;organize differentiated teaching activities to enhance students'learning abilities;adopting diverse evaluation methods to improve student learning outcomes.
