微生物浸出技术应用于废线路板金属资源化利用的研究进展

摘要 废线路板(WPCBs)由有机环氧树脂、贱金属和贵金属组成,具有回收价值高、污染重、处理难度高等特点,因此其资源化处理处置备受关注。以废线路板为例,本文综述了微生物浸出技术在其金属回收方面的应用研究,包括微生物种类(嗜酸菌、真菌和产氰微生物)、浸出机理和优化浸出工艺方法等。微生物浸出技术是未来值得深入研究和工程应用的技术,能有效回收稀贵金属,降低治理成本,提高工艺的经济性。 Waste circuit boards(WPCBs)are composed of organic epoxy resins,base metals and precious metals,which are characterized by a high recovery value,heavy pollution and high treatment difficulties.Therefore,their recycling treatment and disposal have attracted much attention.Taking WPCBs as an example,this paper reviews the application research of microbial leaching technology in its metal recovery,including microbial species(acidophilic bacteria,fungi and cyanogen-producing microorganisms),leaching mechanism and optimization of leaching process methods.Microbial leaching technology is worthy of further research and engineering application in the future,which can effectively recover rare and precious metals,reduce treatment costs,and improve the economy of the process.
