摘要
铁铝酸盐水泥以无水硫铝酸钙、硅酸二钙和铁铝酸四钙为主要熟料矿物,具有低碱快硬、高强、抗冻、抗渗、耐腐蚀、耐磨等优异性能,将掺有10%硬石膏的水泥分别加入5%、10%、15%、20%的石灰石粉、粉煤灰和矿粉,对其胶砂强度、凝结时间、自由膨胀率、氯离子扩散系数等项目进行检测。发现混合材的掺入不会对水泥的凝结时间有较大的影响,但对水泥胶砂强度有不同幅度的降低,降低幅度从小到大依次为矿粉、石灰石粉、粉煤灰,随着掺量增加,强度降低幅度增大,加入适量的石灰石粉可以降低铁铝酸盐水泥的氯离子扩散系数。
Ferroaluminate cement with anhydrous calcium sulphoaluminate,dicalcium silicate and tetracalcium ferroaluminate as the main clinker minerals,has low alkali fast hardening,high strength,anti-freezing,impermeability,corrosion resistance,wear resistance and other excellent properties.The cement with 10%anhydrite was added with 5%,10%,15%,20%of limestone powder,fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)respectively,and the strength,setting time,free expansion rate,chloride ion diffusion coefficient and other items were tested.It was found that the addition of the mixture had no great influence on the setting time of the cement,but the strength of the cement mortar was reduced in different amplitudes.The reduction amplitute from small to large was GGBS,limestone powder,fly ash.With the increase of the addition amount,the strength gradually decreased.The chloride diffusion coefficient of the ferric aluminate cement can be reduced by adding appropriate amount of limestone powder.
