Chinese Modernization and Confucianization of Indigenous Management-From a Humanistic Perspective

中国式现代化理论的提出,对本土管理学的发展提出了新的要求。围绕这个新需求,本研究对本土管理学的未来发展路径进行了深入的讨论。研究认为,既有的本土管理学是难以承担中国式现代化所提出的种种要求的。为了更好地契合这些需求,未来本土管理学需要进行根本性的学术范式转移,借鉴儒家文化本身蕴含的管理学范式,实现学术范式的儒学化。

The Chinese Modernization Theory puts forward new demand for the development of indigenous management.Based on such new demand,this study conducted in-depth research on the future development path of indigenous management and found that the existing indigenous management science could hardly meet the requirements of Chinese modernization.Therefore,in the future,it needs to draw on the management paradigm inherent in Confucian culture,undergo a fundamental shift and achieve the Confucianization of academic paradigms.
