产科急救快速反应在产后出血急救中的应用效果

Effect of Rapid Response in Obstetric Emergency in the First Aid of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探索在产后出血产妇中,急救快速反应团队的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年10月至2023年10月来龙岩市第一医院救治的80例产后出血产妇为研究对象,根据干预手段的不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组采取快速急救反应团队干预,对照组采取常规干预。比较两组产妇出血量、出血时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况、子宫切除率、产妇死亡率、围产儿死亡率。结果观察组出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.001),观察组出血时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001),观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P=0.043)。但两组在子宫切除率(χ^(2)=1.053,P=0.305)、产妇死亡率(χ^(2)=2.051,P=0.152)、围产儿死亡率(χ^(2)=0.346,P=0.556)上无显著差异。结论产房快速反应团队有效改善了产妇产后出血的抢救效果,减少了术后出血量,降低了止血时间和住院时间,并减少了并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of emergency rapid response team in postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated in the First Hospital of Longyan City from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into the observation group(rapid emergency response team intervention,n=40)and the control group(routine intervention,n=40).The amount of maternal bleeding,bleeding time,hospital stay time,complications,hysterectomy rate,maternal mortality,and perinatal mortality in the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the bleeding time and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.043).However,there were no significant differences in hysterectomy rate(χ^(2)=1.053,P=0.305),maternal mortality(χ^(2)=2.051,P=0.152),and perinatal mortality(χ^(2)=0.346,P=0.556)between the two groups.Conclusion The rapid response team in delivery room can effectively improve the rescue effect of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postoperative bleeding,reduce the time of hemostasis and hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of complications.
