注射用益气复脉联合比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

The Effect of Injection of YiqiFumaiCombined with Bisoprolol on Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析注射用益气复脉联合比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭(ChronicHeartFailure,CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法选择福建卫生职业技术学院附属医院于2022年1月至2024年1月收治的80例CHF患者为研究对象,采取随机数表方式分为对照组(n=40,比索洛尔单独治疗)与观察组(n=40,注射用益气复脉联合比索洛尔治疗),对比两组治疗后对心功能的影响。结果两组治疗后心功能相关指标水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后KCCQ评分与MLHFQ评分高于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血流动力学指标水平低于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论注射用益气复脉联合比索洛尔对CHF患者心功能的影响较明显,能够改善心功能水平,提高生活质量,并且用药安全性较高,值得临床采纳。

Objective To analyze the effect of treating chronic heart failure patientswithYiqiFumai injection combined with Bisoprolol on the patients’cardiac function.Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=40,treated with bisoprolol alone)and the observation group(n=40,treated with YiqiFumai injection and bisoprolol).The effects of treatmenton cardiacfunction of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the levels of heart function related indicators between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the KCCQ score and MLHFQ score in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of hemodynamic indicators after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse r eactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of YiqiFumai injection and Bisoprolol has a significant impact on the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure.It can improve the level of cardiac function,enhance quality of life,and has high drug safety.It is worthy of clinical adoption.
