基于过敏原组分检测诊断儿童小麦-依赖运动诱发严重过敏反应一例

摘要 食物-依赖运动诱发严重过敏反应(food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis,FDEIA)是食物诱发严重过敏反应的一种特殊类型,是指患者进食致敏食物后运动过程中发生的严重过敏反应,其典型临床表现包括皮肤瘙痒、风团样皮疹、呼吸困难、腹痛、呕吐等,严重时可发生休克^([1]),单一食物或单一运动均不能诱发症状。除运动外,其他协同因素如非甾体抗炎药、酒精等也可与食物联合诱发过敏反应^([1,2])。多种食物诱因联合运动可诱发FDEIA,小麦是FDEIA最常见的食物诱因,也被称为小麦-依赖运动诱发严重过敏反应(wheat-dependent exercise induced anaphylaxis,WDEIA)。
