摘要
Meta分析有氧运动干预对青少年抑郁水平的影响.从PubMed、Web of ScIence、Cochrane LIbrary、中国知网、万方等5个数据库中收集文献,应用RevMan5.4软件进行统计分析.Meta分析表明,有氧运动对青少年抑郁水平干预效果的合并效应量为SMD=-0.78,P<0.001,95%CI(-0.96,-0.61)。说明有氧运动干预可以减轻青少年抑郁患者的抑郁水平,12周及以上长期有规律的有氧运动更有利于减轻青少年抑郁水平,对青少年MDD患者干预效果更加显著。
This meta-analysis analyzed the effects of aerobic exercise intervention on depression level in adolescents.Literatures were collected from five databases,including PubMed,Web of ScIence,Cochrane LIbrary,CNKI and Wanfang,and statistical analysis was performed using RevMan5.4 software.Meta-analysis showed that the combined effect size of the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on adolescent depression level was SMD=-0.78,P<0.001,95%CI(-0.96,-0.61).These results indicate that aerobic exercise intervention can reduce the level of depression in adolescents with depression,and long-term regular aerobic exercise for 12 weeks or more is more conducive to reducing the level of depression in adolescents with MDD.
