摘要
CuCr触头材料的抗烧蚀和抗熔焊性是影响真空灭弧室寿命的重要因素。文中以CuCr触头材料在真空电弧下的烧蚀为立足点,对烧蚀过程和机理进行叙述,并从CuCr触头的微观组织以及真空灭弧室的磁场类型论述影响CuCr触头烧蚀的相关机理。同时指出抗熔焊性能与触头材料的抗拉以及热导率等因素有关。最后从表面改性和合金化角度总结了提高触头抗烧蚀的研究进展,并总结改进触头抗烧蚀性能的研究方向。
The ablation resistance and the anti?melt welding performance of CuCr contact material is an important factor affecting the life of vacuum interrupter.In this paper,the ablation of CuCr contact material under vacuum arc is the foothold,the ablation process and mechanism are described,and the microstructure of CuCr contact and the magnetic field type of vacuum interrupter discusses the relevant mechanisms affecting the ablation of CuCr contact.It is pointed out that the anti?melt welding performance is related to the tensile and thermal conductivity of the contact material.finally,the research progress of improving the contact’s resistance to ablation from the perspectives of surface modification and alloying is summed up,and the research direction of improving the resistance to ablation of contact is summarized.
