养阴清咽散制备工艺研究

Preparation Process of Yangyin Qingyan Powder

目的:确定养阴清咽散的制备工艺条件。方法:以制剂中哈巴俄苷含量、水溶性浸出物的综合评分为评价指标,优选最佳干燥工艺;以哈巴俄苷含量均匀度为指标,考察最佳混合工艺。结果:确定最佳制备工艺条件为:干燥工艺为60℃常压干燥3 h,粉碎工艺为混合粉碎,混合工艺为机器混合30 min。结论:该工艺合理,产品质量稳定,可作为养阴清咽散的制备工艺。

In this study we explored the preparation process of Yangyin Qingyan Powder.The optimal drying process was determined with the harpagoside content and the comprehensive score of water-soluble extract as the indexes,and the optimal mixing process was investigated with the uniformity of harpagoside content as the index.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows:drying at 60℃under normal pressure for 3 h,mixed comminution,and machine mixing for 30 min.The process is reasonable with stable product quality,which can be used as the preparation process of Yangyin Qingyan Powder.
