摘要
为提高电气化公路不同运输场景下车辆调度效率,提出一种基于整数规划的车辆调度系统,以车辆总运输成本最小为目标,同时考虑多煤矿场、多类型煤炭运输等约束构建调度模型,使用CPLEX求解器进行求解,设计调度系统流程。通过实际情况对模型和算法进行验证,并与现有的人工调度情况进行比较分析,结果表明,相比于人工调度,车辆调度系统能合理地调配运输车辆,降低总运输成本,解决手动排班的问题。
In order to improve vehicle scheduling efficiency under different transportation scenarios of electrified highway,a vehicle scheduling system based on integer programming was proposed,aiming at minimizing the total transportation cost of vehicles,and considering constraints such as multiple coal mines and multiple types of coal transportation,a scheduling model was constructed.The CPLEX solver was used to solve the problem,and the scheduling system process was designed.The model and algorithm are verified by the actual situation,and compared with the existing manual scheduling situation.The results show that compared with manual scheduling,the vehicle scheduling system can allocate transport vehicles reasonably,reduce the total transportation cost,and solve the problem of manual scheduling.
