路基水稳层3D智能摊铺施工技术应用研究

摘要 3D智能摊铺自动控制系统集成了多种定位/传感技术、专业化软件和强大的控制系统。数字化摊铺自动控制系统由架设在控制点上的GPS基准站和PZL-1激光基准站,将GPS差分信号和激光高程信息通过无线数据传输电台传输到MC-R3接收机,MC-R3接收数据进行处理后实时将三维坐标数据传输到GX-60控制箱。控制箱会将当前三维坐标信息与控制箱中的设计卡数据进行对比,生成相应的高程修正信息,再由控制箱对应生成相应的比例驱动信号,通过液压阀驱动摊铺机牵引臂液压油缸使熨平板进行相应方向的调整,从而使摊铺道面产生坡度和高程变化,弥补路面波动,满足摊铺设计要求。本文针对3D智能摊铺系统关键点进行了研究,得出该系统操作简便,极易推广使用,可为工程应用带来巨大效益。 The 3D intelligent paving automatic control system integrates a variety of positioning/sensing technologies,professional software and powerful control systems.The digital paving automatic control system consists of a GPS base station and a PZL-1 laser base station installed at the control point.The GPS differential signal and laser elevation information are transmitted to the MC-R3 receiver through the wireless data transmission station and the MC-R3 pair of receivers After the data is processed,the three-dimensional coordinate data is transmitted to the GX-60 control box in real time.The control box will compare the current three-dimensional coordinate information with the design card data in the control box,generate corresponding elevation correction information,and then the control box will generate the corresponding proportional drive signal,and drive the paver traction arm hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic valve.The screed is adjusted in the corresponding direction to cause changes in slope and elevation of the paving surface,compensate for road fluctuations,and meet the paving design requirements.This article studies the key points of the 3D intelligent paving system,which is simple and convenient to operate,easy to promote and use,and brings huge benefits to engineering applications.
