摘要
钢渣的密度大、开口孔隙多、导热系数高等特性导致了其在沥青路面应用过程中存在的级配控制理论适用性差、混合料控制及沥青路面施工质量控制难度大等问题。本文根据钢渣的物理、力学性能特征,结合其在沥青路面应用中存在的技术难题,分别对钢渣原材料的技术要求、钢渣沥青混合料级配设计关键技术,以及钢渣沥青路面施工工艺控制等方面开展相关研究,最后提出了针对性的解决方案与质量控制标准。
The high density,porosity and thermal conductivity of steel slag lead to the poor applicability of the grading control theory,the difficulty of mixture control and the quality control of asphalt pavement construction.According to the physical and mechanical properties of steel slag,combined with the technical problems existing in its application in asphalt pavement,this paper carries out relevant research on the technical requirements of steel slag raw materials,key technologies of steel slag asphalt mixture grading design,and construction process control of steel slag asphalt pavement,and finally puts forward targeted solutions and quality control standards.
