摘要
针对传统人工测量不能满足公路隧道监测需求的问题,本文结合工程实践,研究了测量机器人在公路隧道施工中,特别是在极浅埋以及下穿敏感地表建筑物等特殊环境下的隧道施工中的应用。机器人监测系统具有精度高、风险低和适应性强等特点,大大降低了人力、物力成本。同时,测量机器人自带数据异常预警功能,可实时、有效地传递和处理监测数据。
In response to the inability of traditional manual measurement to meet the needs of highway tunnel monitoring,this article combines engineering practice to study the application of measurement robots in highway tunnel construction,especially in special environments such as extremely shallow burial and underpass sensitive surface buildings.The robot monitoring system has the characteristics of high accuracy,low risk,and strong adaptability,which greatly reduces the cost of human and material resources.At the same time,the measurement robot comes with an abnormal data warning function,ensuring the real-time and effective transmission and processing of monitoring data.
