摘要
以土家药老鸦酸为原料,研究老鸦酸体外抑菌活性及在不同pH、紫外线照射时间、水浴温度、金属离子下的抑菌稳定性。通过用超声辅助乙醇提取老鸦酸抑菌有效成分,二倍稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度及对不同菌的抑菌程度。老鸦酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乙链球菌的最小抑菌浓度为4.16 mg·mL^(-1),4.16 mg·mL^(-1),1.04 mg·mL^(-1),2.08 mg·mL^(-1),老鸦酸醇提物在pH=4~10,紫外线照射,不同温度下皆保持稳定性且不同金属离子均能提高老鸦酸的抑菌能力。
The bacteriostatic activity of corvid acid in vitro and its bacteriostatic stability under different pH,UV irradiation time,water bath temperature and metal ions were studied using corvid acid as raw material.The bacteriostatic effective components of corvidic acid were extracted by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol.The minimum bacteriostatic concentration and bacteriostatic degree of different bacteria were determined by double dilution method.The minimum inhibitory concentration of corvidic acid against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Streptococcus ethyl was 4.16 mg·mL^(-1),4.16 mg·mL^(-1),1.04 mg·mL^(-1),2.08 mg·mL^(-1).Corvidic acid ethanol extract remained stable at different temperatures under pH=4-10 and ultraviolet irradiation.And different metal ions can improve the bacteriostatic ability of corvidic acid.
