炎见宁片关键控制指标冬青素A薄层色谱研究

摘要 本文通过采用薄层色谱法(Thin layer chromatography,TCL)定性鉴别炎见宁片中处方药材毛冬青活性成分冬青素A,建立炎见宁片处方药材毛冬青的薄层色谱鉴定,对其质量控制的关键性指标冬青素A进行定性研究。研究发现不同批次炎见宁片的薄层色谱斑点清晰,供试品与对照品在相同位置上显相同颜色的斑点。此项研究定性方法简单、可靠、重复性好、专属性强,可用于炎见宁片的质量控制。 This article used thin layer chromatography(TCL)to identify the active ingredient of ilexgenin A in the prescription of yanjianning tablets,and established the TLC identification of ilexgenin A in the prescription of yanjianning tablets,researched the key index of its quality control of ilexgenin A.It found that the thin layer chromatographic spots of different batches of yanjianning tablets were clear,the test sample and control sample exhibited the same color spots at the same position.The qualitative method of this study was simple,reliable,with good repeatability and strong specificity,and could be used for the quality control of yanjianning tablets.
