益肾补骨液中芍药苷薄层色谱优化鉴别研究

Study on the Optimal Identification of Paeoniflorin in Yishen Bugu Liquid by Thin TLC

本文建立了一种方便有效,容易推广的芍药苷薄层鉴别方法。通过合理配置展开剂的构成和比例,比较点样量大小,优化实验过程,得到最优的薄层分离效果,并考虑温湿度对该方法的影响。实验结果表明,以三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(40∶5∶10∶0.2)为展开剂,5%香草醛硫酸溶液为显色剂的薄层分离效果最好,斑点清晰,特异性明显。该方法操作方便、重现性好、专属性较强,是一种值得推广的薄层鉴别方法。

This article establishes a convenient,effective,and easy to promote thin layer identification method for paeoniflorin.By reasonably configuring the composition and proportion of the developing agent,comparing the sample size,optimizing the experimental process,and obtaining the optimal thin layer separation effect,taking into account the influence of temperature and humidity on this method.The experimental results showed that the thin-layer separation effect was best using chloroform ethyl acetate methanol formic acid(40∶5∶10.2)as the developing agent and 5%vanillin sulfuric acid solution as the chromogenic agent,with clear spots and obvious specificity.This method is easy to operate,has good reproducibility,and strong specificity,making it a thin-layer identification method worth promoting.
