摘要
针对饮用水用户投诉的黄水问题,浙江某水厂从自身角度出发,拟从源头降低锰含量,积极寻找水源锰的去除方案。经过多次实验室小试试验及中试试验,结合水厂具体实际,对多种工艺进行优选,最终确定采用高锰酸钾和次氯酸钠联用工艺。具体投加方式为高锰酸钾投加浓度约为原水锰浓度的1.5倍,次钠投加量在20~25 mg/L,此时具备较好的水处理效果,可以将锰浓度控制在5 ppb以下,解决了用户黄水问题。
In view of the yellow water problem complained by drinking water users,a water plant in Zhejiang province,from its own point of view,intendeded to reduce the manganese content at the source and actively looked for the removal of manganese from water sources.After a number of laboratory tests and pilot tests,combined with the actual conditions of the waterworks,a variety of processes were optimized and the combined process of potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite was finally determined.The concentration of potassium permanganate was about 1.5 times that of manganese in raw water,and the amount of sodium was 20~25 mg/L,the yellow water problem of the user was solved.
