摘要
为探究煤制乙二醇加氢催化剂活化最优时间,通过对全过程中氢气浓度的监测来确定催化剂活化的进度情况。乙二醇合成催化剂在还原过程中升温速率作为还原过程中的控制指标,出水率与氢气浓度是控制升温还原进度和质量的主要参考指标,温度必须服从出水率与氢气浓度。通过两次催化剂活化氢气浓度变化数据对比,发现活化初期低氢气浓度(≤0.1%)活化时间可以缩短至20 h内,后期随时间分三段线性提高氢气浓度,以氢气浓度30%、75%为调整点调节提升速率,可有效加快催化剂活化。
To research the best activation time of coal-to-ethylene glycol hydrogenation catalys,we used the hydrogen concentration in the whole process to determine the progress of catalyst activation.In the reduction process,the heating rate in the catalyst reduction process was used as the control index,the water yield and hydrogen concentration were the main indicators to control the progress and quality of the reduction process,the temperature must be obeyed by the water yield and hydrogen concentration.Through the twice data of hydrogen concentration of catalyst activations,it was found that the activation time of low hydrogen concentration(≤0.1%)in the first stage of activation can be shortened to 20 h,and the hydrogen concentration can be increased linearly in three stages with time,and the hydrogen concentration of 30%and 75%can be used as adjustment points to adjust the lifting rate,which can effectively accelerate the activation of catalysts.
