基于铜基氧化物制备复合材料及光催化降解四环素研究

摘要 基于铜基氧化物制备了复合光催化剂CuO/ZnIn_(0.3)Cu_(0.7)GaO_(4),并用于光催化降解四环素的性能研究。采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱等表征方法对所制备的复合材料进行测试。结果表明,复合材料的制备是成功的,所制备的复合材料在2 h内的光降解四环素的动力常数为0.0111 min^(-1),相比未掺杂的ZnInGaO_(4)样品提升了3.0倍。为铜基复合光催化剂的制备与性能研究提供了实验参考。 A composite photocatalyst CuO/ZnIn_(0.3)Cu_(0.7)GaO_(4)is prepared based on copper-based oxides and used for photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline.The prepared composites are tested by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and other characterization methods.The results show that the preparation of the composites is successful.Kinetic constant of tetracycline is 0.0111 min^(-1) within 2 h,which is 3.0 times higher than that of the undoped ZnInGaO_(4)sample.An experimental reference for the preparation and performance study of copper-based composite photocatalysts is provided.
