基于学生视角的高校旅游管理专业课堂教学质量评价研究

A Study on the Evaluation of Classroom Teaching Quality of Tourism Management Major in Universities from Student Perspective

本文基于学生视角对高校旅游管理专业课堂教学质量进行量化评价,以广东省某高校旅游管理专业学生为研究对象,采用SERVQUAL模型评价旅游管理专业课堂教学质量现状,并结合IPA矩阵分析,旨在发现课堂教学存在的问题。研究结论如下:旅游管理专业教学质量存在课程可选择范围有限、新教师对教学设计不熟悉、教材和课程缺乏实践性、教师课后日常反馈不及时等问题。为此,学校可建设多元化的课程体系,重视新教师课堂教学技能培训,拓展实践教学渠道,建立课后师生交流互动机制,以培养适应旅游行业发展的高素质人才。

This article quantitatively evaluates the teaching quality of tourism management courses in universities from the perspective of students.Students majoring in tourism management in a certain university in Guangdong Province are selected as the research object,and the SERVQUAL model is used to evaluate the current situation of teaching quality of tourism management courses.Combined with IPA matrix analysis,the aim is to identify the problems in classroom teaching.The research conclusions are as follows:there are some problems in the teaching quality of tourism management,such as the limited range of courses to choose from,new teachers are not familiar with teaching design,lack of practicality in textbooks and courses,and delayed feedback from teachers after class.To this end,schools can establish a diversified curriculum system,attach importance to the training of new teachers'classroom teaching skills,expand practical teaching channels,establish a mechanism for after-school teacher-student communication and interaction to cultivate high-quality talents who adapt to the development of the tourism industry.
