营养风险分级化干预对肝硬化患者营养状况的影响

摘要 【目的】探讨营养风险分级化干预对肝硬化患者营养状况的影响。【方法】选择2021年8月至2022年8月本院收治的86例肝硬化患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(给予常规营养干预措施)和观察组(在对照组的基础上给予营养风险分级化干预措施),每组43例。比较两组干预前后血清白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平,比较两组患者并发症发生情况。【结果】干预后,两组患者血清ALB、TP水平均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者血清AST、ALT水平低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】营养风险分级化干预措施有助于改善肝硬化患者营养状况和肝功能,降低并发症发生率。 【Objective】To explore the effect of nutritional risk grading intervention on the nutritional status of patients with cirrhosis.【Methods】A total of 86 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(receiving routine nutritional intervention measures)and the observation group(receiving nutritional risk grading intervention measures on the basis of the control group)using a random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The levels of serum albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were compared between two groups before and after intervention,and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups of patients.【Results】After intervention,the serum levels of ALB and TP in both groups of patients were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum levels of AST and ALT in both groups of patients were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Nutritional risk grading intervention measures can help improve the nutritional status and liver function of patients with cirrhosis,and reduce the incidence of complications.
