经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床预后分析

Analysis of clinical prognosis of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures

摘要 目的评价经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床预后。方法选择胫骨中下段骨折患者68例,采用随机数字表法分成实验组(34例,实施经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗)与对照组(34例,实施切开复位内固定术治疗)。对比两组患者的治疗效果、骨痂形成时间与骨折愈合时间及不良事件发生率。结果实验组总有效率97.06%高于对照组的73.53%(P<0.05)。实验组骨痂形成时间(4.33±1.22)周、骨折愈合时间(11.22±2.33)周均短于对照组的(6.55±2.11)、(17.66±3.44)周(P<0.05)。实验组不良事件发生率2.94%低于对照组的20.59%(P<0.05)。结论胫骨中下段骨折选择经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗能够提升临床疗效,加快患者的康复速度,减少相关不良事件的发生,安全性较好,具有推广价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical prognosis of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of fractures of the middle and lower tibia.Methods 68 patients with middle and lower tibial fractures were selected and divided into an experimental group(34 cases,treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis)and a control group(34 cases,treated with open reduction and internal fixation)according to random numerical table.The therapeutic effect,callus formation time and fracture healing time,and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.06%,which was higher than 73.53%of the control group(P<0.05).The callus formation time of the experimental group was(4.33±1.22)weeks and the fracture healing time was(11.22±2.33)weeks,which were shorter than(6.55±2.11)and(17.66±3.44)weeks of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 2.94%,which was lower than 20.59%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures,minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis can improve the clinical efficacy,speed up patient recovery,and reduce the occurrence of related complications.It is relatively safe and has the value of promotion.
