The growth of the global cotton trade is projected to be driven by Vietnam and Bangladesh over the course of the next decade.This is according to the OECD-FAO Agricultural Outlook2024-2033 report,which states that the world cotton trade is expected to expand at a rate of 2.1 per cent per annum (p.a.) over the next ten years,reaching 12.4 million tonnes (Mt) in 2033.
