肿瘤类器官生物样本库现况研究

摘要 目的综述肿瘤类器官生物样本库的研究现状,探讨其在癌症研究和临床治疗中的应用价值。方法以“tumor organoids、biobank、cancer research、clinical treatment”为英文关键词,以“肿瘤类器官、生物样本库、癌症研究、临床治疗”为中文关键词,检索2018-01-01-2023-12-31 PubMed与中国知网数据库相关文献,分析肿瘤类器官生物样本库的构建、优势及其在药物筛选、个体化治疗和免疫治疗等方面的应用。纳入标准:(1)肿瘤类器官生物样本库的构建方法与技术;(2)肿瘤类器官在保留原代肿瘤组织特征方面的优势;(3)基于肿瘤类器官生物样本库的药物筛选和治疗策略等方面的研究。排除标准:(1)仅涉及其他类型类器官,与肿瘤类器官无关的文献;(2)研究内容重复或质量不高的文献。最终共纳入66篇文献。结果肿瘤类器官生物样本库作为研究癌症的新型工具,能够高度重现原发肿瘤的特征,为高通量药物筛选和个体化治疗方案的制定提供了有力支持。同时,肿瘤类器官生物样本库还有助于对肿瘤进化及异质性的深入研究。结论肿瘤类器官生物样本库是肿瘤研究和临床治疗的重要资源,具有广泛的应用前景。未来,随着技术的不断进步和完善,肿瘤类器官生物样本库将在肿瘤等精准医疗领域发挥更大的作用。 Objective To review the current research status of tumor organoids biobanks and explore their application value in cancer research and clinical treatment.Methods Using"tumor organoids,organoids biobank,cancer research,clinical treatment"as keywords,we searched PubMed and China Knowledge Network(CNN)from January 2018 to December2023 for the current research status of biobanks of tumor-like organs,the construction of tumor organoid biobanks,their advantages and their applications in drug screening,individualized therapy and immunotherapy.Inclusion criteria:(1)the construction methods and techniques of tumor-like organ biobanks;(2)the advantages of tumor-like organs in preserving the characteristics of primary tumor tissues;(3)studies on drug screening and therapeutic strategies based on tumor-like organ biobanks.Exclusion criteria:(1)literature only involving other types of class organs and not related to tumors;(2)literature with duplicated studies or low quality.A total of 66 papers were finally included.Results Tumor organoid biobanks,as a novel tool for cancer research,are able to highly reproduce the characteristics of primary tumors,which provides a powerful support for high-throughput drug screening and the development of individualized treatment plans.Meanwhile,tumor organoid biobanks also contribute to the in-depth study of tumor evolution and heterogeneity.Conclusion Tumor organoid biobanks are important resources for tumor research and clinical treatment,and have a wide range of application prospects.In the future,with the continuous progress and improvement of technology,tumor organoid biobanks will play a greater role in the field of precision medicine such as tumor.
