基于数据挖掘的肾虚证病证结合现代文献研究

An analysis of kidney deficiency syndrome by combining disease and syndrome:A modern literature review based on data mining

目的:基于现代文献总结肾虚证的现代疾病、检验指标、症状体征及选方用药分布特点。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(WANFANG DATA)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)自建库以来至2023年1月31日有关肾虚证的临床研究文献,运用Microsoft Excel 2010建立数据库,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入文献276篇,涉及现代疾病76种,检测指标105个,症状体征89个,方剂282首,中药252味。肾虚证相关的现代疾病包括生殖、内分泌与神经系统疾病等,其血液检验指标涉及生殖、免疫功能及骨代谢、炎症反应等方面。肾虚证证型占比由高到低依次为肾阳虚证、肾气虚证、肾精亏虚证及肾阴虚证,其治疗药物中药味以甘味为主,药性以温热为主,多入肾、肝、脾经。结论:本研究初步探索了现代文献中肾虚证相关的病、标、症、药分布情况,可为中西医结合治疗及研究肾虚证相关现代疾病提供参考依据。

Objective:To investigate the modern diseases,testing indicators,symptoms,and signs of kidney deficiency syndrome based on modern literature,as well as the distribution of prescriptions and medications.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP were searched for clinical studies on kidney deficiency syndrome published up to January 31,2023,and Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to establish a database and perform a statistical analysis of related data.Results:A total of 276 articles were included,involving 76 modern diseases,105 testing indicators,89 symptoms and signs,282 prescriptions,and 252 traditional Chinese medicine drugs.The modern diseases associated with kidney deficiency syndrome included reproductive system diseases,endocrine system diseases,and nervous system diseases,and related blood indicators included reproductive function,immune function,bone metabolism,and inflammatory response.Among the syndrome types of kidney deficiency,kidney Yang deficiency accounted for the highest proportion,followed by kidney Qi deficiency,deficiency of kidney-essence,and kidney Yin deficiency.The drugs with a sweet taste and a warm nature were mainly used for treatment,and they mainly entered the kidney,liver,and spleen meridians.Conclusion:This study preliminarily explores the distribution of diseases,manifestations,symptoms,and drugs associated with kidney deficiency syndrome in the modern literature,which provides a reference for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and the research on modern diseases associated with kidney deficiency syndrome.
