教学做用一体,课证赛岗融通——高职院校“PCB设计与制作”课程改革研究与实践

Four-in-One Teaching,Class Certificate Competition Post Integration:Higher Vocational College“PCB Design and Production”Curriculum Reform and Practice

在产教融合培养高技能人才的背景下,高职院校亟待提高教学质量,加快培养出适应社会需求的高技能人才。要实现这一目标,只有采用一体化教学,紧密围绕学生技能培养,按照职业技能标准来设置课程目标,打造学生职业能力,学习世界技能大赛理念,巩固课证赛岗融通,课程要求向行业标准看齐,从而寻找到更为行之有效的高技能人才培养的路径。以高职“PCB设计与制作”课程为例,从课程改革背景、理论综述、建设内容、取得成效等方面,详细介绍了构建“教学做用一体,课证赛岗融通”教学模式的研究与实践。

Under the background of cultivating highly skilled talents,vocational colleges need to improve the teaching quality and train qualified skilled personnel,which must take the integration of teaching,focus on the development of students’skills,based on the post skills standard,design courses targeted training highly skilled personnel,strengthen the certification post integration,docking industry standards,and explore the effective way to cultivate highly skilled personnel.Taking the course of“PCB Design and Production”in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper introduces in detail the research and practice of building the teaching mode of“four-in-one teaching,course certification and post integration”from the aspects of curriculum reform background,theoretical review,construction content and results.
