机械类专业研究生创新能力培养的探索与实践

随着经济全球化的快速发展,创新处于发展全局的核心地位。研究生作为高技术人才是未来实现中华民族伟大复兴的先锋力量,如何培养研究生创新能力,成为研究生教育亟待解决的问题。在借鉴国外研究生创新培养的政策基础上,详细探讨和分析了国内机械类专业研究生培养过程中存在的问题,根据上述问题从不同的社会层面提出了针对性措施来提高机械类专业研究生的创新能力。为更好地发展研究生创新能力以及如何培养机械类专业研究生的创新思维与创新能力提供了一些参考。

With the development of economic globalization,innovation ability is becoming more and more important in today’s world.Graduate students,as high-tech talents,are the main members of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the future.How to cultivate the innovation ability of graduate students has become an urgent problem to be solved in graduate education.Based on the policy of innovation training for graduate students abroad,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training process of graduate students majoring in machinery in China,and puts forward targeted measures to improve the innovation ability of graduate students majoring in machinery.It provides some references for the better development of the innovative ability of postgraduate students and how to cultivate the innovative thinking and innovative ability of postgraduate students majoring in machinery.
